Job summary

Fortera Corporation is seeking a Project Services Manager to lead planning, cost control, forecasting, information management, and reporting for capital projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, Finance, Information Management, Data/Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience supporting or leading large-scale capital projects.
• Proven project-services or project-controls leadership across engineering, procurement, construction, and startup.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, deploying AI agents and multi-agent workflows with data connectivity and governance.
• Experience applying AI and automation to improve data integration, forecasting, reporting, or decision support.
• Strong command of planning, cost control, forecasting, progress measurement, risk, information management, and reporting.
• Advanced capability with Primavera P6, Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and related platforms.
• Ability to analyze complex information, challenge assumptions, and develop credible forecasts.
• Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Flexible, adaptive, and willing to collaborate across functions and boundaries.
• Experience with owner-led, EPC, EPCM, or multi-contract industrial delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Services across planning, cost, forecasting, information management, progress, risk, change, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain the integrated project controls framework with baselines, data governance, and control standards.
• Ensure integrated schedule, cost, commitments, cash flow, risk, change, procurement, and completions align to the project baseline.
• Lead Planning / Scheduling, Cost Control, and Project Information Management, setting priorities and performance expectations.
• Own project reporting and provide visibility of status, forecast outcomes, critical issues, risks, decisions, and actions.
• Provide early warning by challenging forecasts and ensuring accountable recovery plans.
• Own risk, opportunity, and change-control processes with clear accountability boundaries.
• Build and deploy AI agents, automated workflows, data integrations, and digital standards to improve forecasting, reporting, and scalability.
• Establish data structure and governance for reliable AI-enabled project services with traceability and access controls.
• Identify and automate high-value project-services activities to shift toward exception-based management.
• Support investment, engineering, procurement, construction, startup, handover decisions with verified information.
• Maintain clear Project Manager visibility of cost, schedule, commitments, interfaces, cash, and exposure.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
