Job summary

SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Project Civil Engineer to join our Engineering team, focusing on energy project site civil design, erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater management, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling. Our teams work across the U.S.

Qualifications

Four (4) years of civil engineering experience with site design, erosion and sediment control, stormwater design, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling.
Leadership and project management experience, with ability to mentor staff and engage in business development.
Collaborative work with CAD designers, GIS analysts, environmental scientists, regulators, municipalities, and clients.

Responsibilities

Lead project execution including schedules, budgets, client communication, and quality assurance.
Design stormwater management systems and erosion control measures in compliance with standards.
Prepare design reports, drawings, specs, and contract documents for construction.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate engineering and environmental considerations.
Provide construction-phase services and maintain strong client relationships for business development.
