Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or related field.
• 3 years of site civil design, erosion control, stormwater design, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical tasks, schedules, budgets, and deliverables on assigned projects.
• Design stormwater systems and erosion controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform utility crossing analyses minimizing environmental impact.
• Prepare construction drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Support permitting with stormwater management plans and SWPPPs.
• Assist hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate engineering and environmental sciences.
• Provide construction-phase oversight and on-site issue resolution.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate progress and outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff and foster teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
• Assist other regional offices and CAD design standards.
