Job summary

CannonDesign is seeking a Project Architect in the United States (Northern Kentucky area) to lead technical content and ensure integrated deliverables across large projects. You will coordinate disciplines, supervise production teams, and drive quality and schedule alignment with project managers.

The role requires a minimum 10 years of experience, US architectural registration, and strong leadership. You will mentor staff, manage risk, and ensure compliance with codes and performance goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related professional experience.
• Experience with construction documentation on institutional or commercial projects.
• US architectural registration required.
• Knowledge of building codes and project quality standards.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical content across large or multiple projects.
• Coordinate disciplines to deliver integrated drawings and specs.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Guide Project Architects in quality plans and reviews.
• Oversee documentation strategy and construction administration.
• Collaborate with design leads to align with client goals and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with building performance and energy codes.
