Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor degree, US registration, 8+ years of experience, and proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Office, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8+ years of related professional experience.
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
• CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
• Must possess business acumen.
• Must be a critical thinker.
• Must be highly analytical.
• Must be a fully qualified professional able to perform work with a high degree of latitude, with some ambiguity in work.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical knowledge and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Lead elements of design, production, coordination, and detailing as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Coordinate engineering systems with engineers and consultants; partner with Design Leadership to carry through design intent.
• Prepare design sketches of site plans.
• Communicate project status, design intent, and construction updates to owners, consultants, and clients.
• Participate in Business Development to help grow top line.
• Perform field site observations, including on-site walk-throughs.
• Integrate performance-based and sustainable design strategies into design solutions.
• Contribute to QA/QC and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Provide guidance to interns and mentor less experienced team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
