Cuhaci Peterson® Architects, Engineers & Planners, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Architect to lead design and construction documentation for complex projects.

You will coordinate with disciplines, manage CDs, permits, bidding and construction administration, while mentoring junior staff. Candidates must have an active architectural license and 10+ years in a professional office, with strong knowledge of building codes and QA/QC processes.

• Experience delivering CDs for multiple projects.
• Experience with permitting and bidding processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and guide system selection.
• Perform cost estimating and QC checks.
• Oversee production of CDs for multiple projects.
• Assist PM with scope and budget and client meetings.
• Sign drawings; ensure QA/QC.
• Mentor staff and lead design teams.
• Promote sustainable design.
• Assist in bidding and construction administration.
• Prepare statements of probable cost.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and respond to comments.
