• Serve as the main contact for projects with clients, contractors and consultants.
• Coordinate with all disciplines and oversee design and production of documents.
• Maintain CP and client standards; provide on-going QC and peer reviews.
• Assist in permitting, bidding and full construction administration.
• Train and mentor junior staff; manage project budgets and scope.
