Job summary

Steinberg Hart is seeking a licensed Architect to guide design teams through design development and refine technical documents through all construction phases.

You will manage all technical documentation, coordinate with specifications, and lead teams on multiple projects, including on-site observation and final close-out activities, while maintaining client communications and design intent.

Qualifications

• Architectural degree with licensure or progress toward licensure.
• Experience with design development and construction documents.
• Strong communication and coordination with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Guide design teams through design and technical development.
• Manage all technical documentation during all construction phases.
• Produce design and construction drawings with coordination across trades.
• Maintain project manual and record design decisions.
• Conduct on-site observations and report results.
• Lead project teams and perform staffing and scheduling tasks.
• Engage with clients for scoping, proposals, and services.
• Represent the firm at professional organizations and conferences.
• Coordinate with Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager on status.
