Qualifications

• More than 10 years designing and documenting projects with 5+ years as a Project Architect.
• Experience in construction documents preparation and field observation.
• Knowledge of building codes and coordination with consultants.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide design teams through design and technical development on multiple projects.
• Mentor staff, lead training, and contribute to seminars.
• Develop marketing materials and project narratives.
• Coordinate with governmental agencies for approvals and permits.
• Manage records and QA through construction and close-out.
