Job summary

Steinberg Hart is seeking an experienced architect/project manager to guide medium-sized project teams from concept through construction. You will collaborate with Principals to manage backlog, staffing, budgets, and schedules while ensuring design intent aligns with client standards.

The role requires deep knowledge of architectural practice, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams. California licensure and LEED experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture (graduate preferred).
• California architecture licensure highly preferred, LEED AP preferred.
• Experience with managing medium to large architectural projects.

Responsibilities

• Guide medium project teams through the full project cycle.
• Manage backlog, staffing, and contracts with Principal-in-Charge.
• Ensure design intent and client standards are met across all phases.
• Coordinate design team deliverables, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee contract reviews and develop project proposals and scopes.
• Direct stakeholder communications and project approvals.
