Zusammenfassung

UCSF Health, AG is seeking a Project Analyst to provide executive-level support to the Vice Chair of Faculty Affairs within the Colorectal Surgery Section of the Division of Surgical Oncology. The role includes gathering information, developing work plans, and coordinating pilot projects that improve clinical care workflows, quality, safety, and OR utilization.

It also covers coordinating the Faculty Mentoring program and assisting with HR processes and communications.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of administrative operations experience.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
Ability to multi-task with demanding deadlines.

Aufgaben

Provide executive support to Vice Chair of Faculty Affairs and Colorectal Surgery Section.
Coordinate department reports, metrics on visits, OR utilization, and revenue.
Support Faculty Mentoring program, maintain database and annual reports.
Manage HR processes, travel, calendar, and correspondence for leadership.
Collaborate with Chair's office Finance Unit and IT for records and reports.
Prepare letters and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
