Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and five or more years of relevant experience or equivalent training.
• Advanced knowledge of common organizational- or research-specific computer programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and influence.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of organizational or initiative processes, protocols and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable policy analysis techniques.
• General understanding of scientific theory and methods.
• General programming and statistical skills in SAS, STATA, or R.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, data governance, and program implementation.
