Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Business-to-Business client service interface or systems integration environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent in education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement ADP's Time and Attendance solutions and help customers use our HCM products.
• Serve as the subject matter expert to lead project workflow and optimize configurations.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention with timely solutions.
• Resolve issues with initiative and accuracy in client setup.
• Collaborate with client project team and coach less-experienced staff as needed.
