iSuite L.L.C. in Nashville, TN seeks a Senior Project Accountant with 5-8 years of billing experience to join our Finance team and manage project finances hands-on.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and brings strong organizational and communication skills, with construction industry exposure preferred. The role emphasizes timely billing, vendor and subcontractor invoice processing, and close collaboration with multiple departments to ensure accurate reporting and cash

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in billing or a similar role.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Self-starter who enjoys working in a large team.
• Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines with multiple duties and maintain accuracy.
• Experience with Vista by Viewpoint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project finance support and analysis for assigned projects.
• Set up new jobs from job information sheet.
• Request and track Certificates of Insurance for assigned projects.
• Review and follow contract requirements, special provisions, and terms & conditions.
• Prepare customer billing and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Assist in collection of outstanding payments and cash management impacts.
• Prepare and submit project reporting such as certified payroll.
• Understand accounts payable and troubleshoot vendor issues.
• Assist in coding subcontractor and equipment invoices in Vista.
• Request subcontractor and other vendor invoices when necessary.
• Identify and review projection and budget issues monthly.
• Display first-rate customer service and a collaborative attitude.
