Job summary

iSuite L.L.C. in Granite City, IL is seeking a Project Accountant to join our accounting team. You will support project finance, set up jobs, issue invoices, and ensure timely billing for our construction projects.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of billing and job management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Travel up to 25% may be required; experience with Vista by Viewpoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide project finance support and analysis for assigned projects.
• Set up new jobs from job information sheets.
• Request and track Certificates of Insurance for projects.
• Review contract requirements and terms.
• Prepare customer billing with timely documentation.
• Assist in collecting outstanding payments and cash management impact.
• Prepare and submit project reporting such as certified payroll.
• Code subcontractor and equipment invoices in Vista.
• Review projections and budgets for cost and revenue recognition.
• Maintain excellent customer service and teamwork.
