Senior Executive Recruiter – Accounting & Finance, Search & Consultant | LHH

Nashville, TN – $53,420.00–$66,774.00

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain precise project budgets and forecasts
• Oversee the entire project accounting process from initiation to completion for multiple projects
• Create Work in Progress (WIP) schedules and make revenue recognition entries
• Implement project adjustments as directed by Project Directors and Managers
• Track and evaluate project costs, revenues, and overall profitability
• Examine project variance reports and resolve any discrepancies
• Support annual audit requirements related to project accounting
• Develop and document procedures for project accounting
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 4+ years of project accounting experience
• Construction, architecture, engineering, or related industry experience
