Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation seeks a seasoned program manager to oversee a large SCMS contract for NAWCAD WOLF in Maryland. You will lead technical management, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure contract execution to meet Government requirements.

The role requires DoD program experience, strong interface with the Government COR, and a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, technical, or business with ten years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical or business discipline and 14 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of relevant experience including engineering or technical management for U.S. Navy or other DoD programs
• Demonstrated experience as overall lead, manager and administrator for the entire contracted effort overseeing multiple areas
• Demonstrated experience managing execution of contract requirements
• Demonstrated experience as primary interface with Government COR on technical and project issues

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of a large contracted effort supporting the SCMS Division at NAWCAD WOLF.
• Lead, manage and administer the contracted effort across multiple areas.
• Ensure execution of contract requirements and delivery against commitments.
• Serve as primary interface with the Government COR on technical and project issues.
