Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking an Operations and Program Support Analyst in North Charleston, SC, to support the NIWC LANT Engineering Team Leads. The role requires strong project administration skills and advanced MS Office usage, with on-site work in a secured lab environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, documentation, customer support, and preparing program deliverables. Prior government-contract experience is highly valued, along with attention to process improvements

Qualifications

5–7 years of project management or program administrative support experience.
Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft O365 Suite.

Responsibilities

Providing direct support to NIWC LANT Engineering Team Leads.
Perform task tracking, maintain schedules, and create system level documentation using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
Support the overall performance of the program and ensure customer deliverables are met.
Support development of program deliverables and project schedules.
Provide direct customer support.
Maintain technical documentation, including templates and SOPs for Configuration, Security, Program, and Operations using Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Project.
Create slide presentations to support briefings using PowerPoint.
Work primarily onsite in a secured lab space.
