Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a Program Manager in Norfolk, VA to provide programmatic oversight across all assigned work efforts. The role requires managing contract deliverables, documenting requirements, and coordinating frequent program reviews to address risks and align priorities. Minimum of seven years of program management experience or a bachelor’s degree plus 5 years in PM, with a degree in business or finance.

U.S. citizenship and a SECRET-level clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of program management experience OR a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Program Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
• SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL

• Managing contract deliverables and associated documentation requirements to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions

• Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with program stakeholders, contract management personnel, and designated oversight representatives
