Job summary

Riverside Research is seeking a Sr Program Manager to lead materials characterization and modeling R&D programs. You will manage a large, diverse team, nurture customer relationships, and oversee financials, cost, and schedule across contracts.

Required are a Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, 12+ years in PM, PMP certification, and experience with DoW/IC contractors. You will drive growth through capture and on-contract expansion.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP.
• 12+ years of experience and a degree in Engineering, Business/Management/Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Active PMP certification.
• DoW or IC contractor program mgmt experience.
• Recent experience managing R&D programs.
• Proven track record identifying, capturing, and winning new work.
• Experience managing financials across multiple projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and procurement.
• Experience in proposal development.
• Experience presenting reports and briefs to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor a large, technically diverse team.
• Manage day-to-day operations, work plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Plan scope, deliverables, resources, and schedule with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with government customers and partners to develop long-term strategies.
• Cultivate relationships across DoW and IC partners.
• Manage subcontracting, consulting, and procurement activities.
• Identify and capture growth opportunities to expand the portfolio.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
