Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline with 10 years of relevant experience
• Or Associate’s degree with 2 additional years of work experience
• Or High School diploma with 6 additional years of work experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, on-site leadership for a large NAWCAD engineering, prototyping and fabrication contract
• Serve as the single point of authority for the entire contracted effort
• Deliver strategic leadership and executive oversight for contract performance, financial execution and customer satisfaction
• Direct cross-functional teams across multiple sites, establishing program goals and procedures
• Act as primary strategic interface with senior government leadership
• Deliver high-level briefings on program status, milestones and performance
