Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management and schedule control.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and performance of a program segment.
• Own projects and budgets; coordinate proposals and operating budgets.
• Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain master plans and schedules; report performance.
