Job summary

Northstrat, a GRVTY company, seeks a seasoned Program Control Specialist V to join a high-visibility DoD program. With 12+ years of experience, you will be the primary EVMS authority, driving program control across contract types and guiding a potential transition to full EVMS certification.

Responsibilities include overseeing life-cycle finances, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; aligning cost, schedule, and risk with PM and IPT Leads; mentoring junior PCAs; integrating forecasts with risk

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 12+ years of program control and financial analysis for defense programs.
• Extensive DoD contract experience with FFP, CP, and T&M.
• Advanced EVMS tools and IMS alignment skills.
• Strong communication and adaptability in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program finances, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across contract vehicles.
• Coordinate with PM, Deputy PM, Scheduler, IPT Leads, and Risk team to align cost, schedule, and risk.
• Mentor junior PCAs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain EVM baselines and variance analyses.
• Lead transition to EVMS certification if mandated.
