Job summary

Northstrat seeks a seasoned Program Control Specialist V to lead financial and EVMS activities on a high-visibility DoD program. With 12+ years of experience, you will serve as the primary EVMS authority, drive cost/schedule integration, and guide the program through a potential EVMS certification transition.

You will mentor junior analysts, manage EAC/ETC analyses, and coordinate with PMs, IPTs, and Risk Management to ensure compliant, accurate financial deliverables across FFP, CP, and T&M

Qualifications

• Direct program control and financial analysis on major defense programs.
• Experience with DoD contract vehicles: FFP, CP, and T&M.

Responsibilities

• Oversee life-cycle program finances, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across DoD contracts.
• Collaborate with PM, Deputy PM, Scheduler, IPT Leads, and Risk Management to align cost, schedule, and risk.
• Mentor junior Program Control Analysts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform EAC and ETC assessments by integrating forecasts with risk management.
• Lead EVMS transition planning and reporting, developing baselines and variance analyses.
