Job summary

Northstrat Incorporated seeks a seasoned Program Control Specialist V to support a high-visibility DoD program. You will serve as the primary financial and EVMS authority, driving control operations across contract types and guiding the program through a potential transition from non-EVMS to full EVMS certification.

With 12+ years of experience, you will collaborate across the PM team, IPT leads, and risk management to maintain tight cost, schedule, and performance alignment in a fast-paced DoD

Qualifications

• 12+ years of direct program control and financial analysis experience in defense programs.
• Experience with FFP, CP, and T&M contract types within the DoD domain.
• Advanced proficiency in EVM tooling and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee life-cycle program finances, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across contract vehicles.
• Partner with Program Manager, Deputy PM, Scheduler, IPT Leads, and Risk Management to align cost, schedule, and risk.
• Mentor and oversee junior Program Control Analysts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform EAC and ETC assessments by integrating financial forecasts with risk management.
• Prepare for and lead EVMS transition, develop EVM baselines, and produce compliant reporting.
