Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a senior business development professional to lead strategic campaigns and capture efforts for Navigation solutions within the NACS BU. The role involves market research, stakeholder engagement, and shaping proposals for US government opportunities, with travel up to 25% and several preferred locations.

The candidate will coordinate pricing, develop win strategies, and manage captures from planning through contract award, working with industry partners and government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a technical field with experience leading capture efforts and proposal development.
• Experience with P&L management, business development, and government proposal processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic campaigns and cross-functional teams to deliver proposals.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns and capture plans for domestic and international opportunities.
• Manage key pursuits, assess capture readiness, and track status of captures.
• Partner with industry leaders to drive capture discipline and guidance.
• Understand customer markets and budgets to shape strategies.
• Coordinate proposal development, pricing strategy, and win-theme creation.
