Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Senior Director, Space Systems Capture Strategy and Proposal Operations, based in McLean, VA or Falls Church, VA.

The role drives capture strategy across the sector, coordinating with staff, directors, subject matter experts and partners to ensure growth objectives are met. Extensive leadership in large captures, customer engagement, and acquisition planning is required. Travel up to 25% and Top Secret/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical or other relevant discipline
• Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience (Intelligence, Defense or Federal Civilian)
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance at the time of application.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary business development, strategy development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary capture teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop capture strategy and tactics, including win themes and value propositions.
• Mentor BD & Capture leaders across Sector in developing winning strategies and gate reviews.
• Ensure CRM tools and processes (Salesforce) are used effectively and accurately.
