Qualifications

- US citizenship required and ability to obtain security clearance.
- Experience managing IRAD or strategic investment planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic campaigns and cross-functional teams to deliver competitive proposals.
- Develop capture plans and win themes for new business.
- Manage customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate pricing strategy to ensure compliant, compelling proposals.
- Support negotiations through contract award.
