Qualifications

• 9+ years of aerospace experience leading business development and strategic capture in national security space markets.
• Substantive knowledge of RF systems or payload architectures for high-level technical discussions.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with suitability for access to national reconnaissance program environments.
• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, RF Engineering (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, qualification, and capture of high-value space and payload programs.
• Serve as primary business development interface to national intelligence space directorates.
• Leverage engineering relationships to shape early requirements for RF, payload concepts.
• Oversee budgets (NCTA, B&P, IRAD) and guide large proposal teams through reviews.
