Job summary

NDUS Core Technology Services in Fargo, ND is seeking a Programmer Analyst or Senior Programmer Analyst to support ERP solutions, perform maintenance and testing, and document work within PeopleSoft and related systems across Financials, HCM, and Campus Solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of software development experience, with strong PeopleSoft and database skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or closely related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in software development, design, analysis, testing, debugging, and maintenance.
• Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools (SQR, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Integration Broker, BI Publisher).
• Working knowledge of database management systems such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.
• Effective analytical skills to evaluate impacts, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages and tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences.
• Available for occasional work-related travel.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with solving problems for Enterprise Resource Planning solutions; perform support, maintenance and testing functions.
• Document work within PeopleSoft and ancillary systems including, but not limited to Financials, HCM, Campus Solutions.
