Job summary

You will analyze requirements, design and implement integrations, develop PeopleCode and BI reports, coordinate with vendors and IT teams, and lead complex enterprise projects while maintaining system sustainability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology-related field and six years of IT or enterprise application experience.
• Four years of professional experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience developing/configuring/testing enterprise solutions in production environments.
• Experience developing or maintaining interfaces, reports, SQL queries, databases, or other enterprise solutions.
• Ability to analyse complex technical or functional issues and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provides enterprise application administration and support for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM and Financials; diagnoses and resolves complex issues.
• Monitors performance and reliability; coordinates issue resolution with vendors and IT teams.
• Performs configuration, development, and integration using PeopleSoft tools and standards.
• Develops interfaces, data exchanges, ETL processes, and data processing solutions.
• Designs and maintains reports, BI Publisher, PS Queries, and SQL scripts for reporting and analytics.
• Plans and executes system upgrades, patches, and updates; ensures security and access controls.
