Overview

Reports to the Systems Application Manager. The Programmer Analyst analyzes the needs of the user or business group and provides technical support for the Information Systems such as coding, designing, implementing, and debugging programs. Conducts technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current systems. Serves as the primary resource to implement project plans, including testing and post-live support. Develops recommendations based on functional specifications and user discussions, utilizing delivered functionality to minimize customizations.

Required Qualifications

• Associate\'s Degree in Business Administration, Allied Health, Computer Science, or related field.
• Two years of specialized training in an applicable field accepted in lieu of education.
• Five+ years of experience in the Information Technology field.
• Ability to work autonomously in a high-production, potentially stressful environment.
• Clear and concise communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Allied Health, Computer Science, or related field.
