Job summary

Valeris is a fully integrated life sciences commercialization partner. The Program Manager will manage client relationships, oversee funding, claims, and budgets, and drive data-driven program performance across brands.

Responsibilities include leading client meetings, tracking KPIs, coordinating audits and year-end activities, and ensuring accurate SOW management and SNOW workflows. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare or pharma industry
• Three to four years of project or program management experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote)
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• PMP preferred if applicable

Responsibilities

• Account funding monitoring and billing oversight.
• Lead weekly client meetings and distribute minutes.
• Review claims, enrollments, and budget performance weekly.
• Prepare accruals and manage SOW changes and SNOW tickets.
• Manage quarterly reports (QBR) and data-driven insights.
• Coordinate year-end BRD renewals and data pulls.
• Support invoicing accuracy and process improvements.
• Mentor peers and drive program performance improvements.
