Valeris, a leading life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Program Manager to manage client relationships and program execution across therapeutic areas. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor budgets, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize brand value and performance.

Responsibilities span daily maintenance, weekly client meetings, monthly budgeting, and quarterly reviews. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and travel up to 10% to support client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Excellent communication skills for internal/external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Program maintenance, updates, launches, and business rule changes with timely completion.
• Monitor funding for VPC accounts and track claims workflow and SLAs.
• Lead weekly client touchpoints, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Prepare and present weekly insights and KPI reviews to stakeholders.
• Oversee escalation tracking and HUB communications; ensure timely resolutions.
• Investigate missed KPIs and root causes; conduct quarterly audits and accruals.
• Annual year-end activities including BRD renewals and SOW management.
