Directive Consulting, a leading B2B performance marketing agency, is seeking an Associate Director, Programmatic Strategy & Activation to expand our programmatic services and drive the department's strategic vision. You will lead initiatives across DSPs, ABM, and measurement frameworks to accelerate client growth.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the delivery of measurable programmatic outcomes for a diverse SaaS and B2B client base.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in programmatic roles at publishers, ad agencies, or ad tech companies.
• 2+ years in people management, coaching teams effectively.
• Experience driving programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS with budgets over $50k/month.
• Understanding how programmatic and other channels work together to exceed KPIs.
• Proven track record in media planning and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive programmatic strategies to enhance digital advertising.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives with business goals.
• Define KPIs and analyze campaign performance for optimization and growth.
• Manage relationships with programmatic partners, vendors, and platforms.
