You will collaborate with teams to optimize DSP campaigns, build measurement frameworks, and present data-driven insights to clients. This remote-first role offers a competitive base salary and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Seven-plus years in programmatic roles at publishers, agencies, or ad tech.
• Two-plus years of people management experience with coaching teams.
• Experience driving programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS clients with budgets over $50k/month.
• Strong understanding of how paid and organic channels work together to surpass KPIs.
• Proven track record in programmatic media planning and measurement frameworks.
