Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking a bold Programmatic Strategist to drive day-to-day management of our programmatic clients across Display, Native, Video, and Audio channels. You will build campaigns, optimize performance, and report insights to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in programmatic roles at publishers, ad agencies, or ad tech (B2B a bonus).
• Hands-on media buying in DSPs, preferably DV360 and The Trade Desk.
• Proven track record in programmatic planning, buying, and measurement.
• Cross-channel understanding of paid and organic to exceed KPIs.
• Experience growing programmatic for B2B/SaaS with budgets > $50k/mo.
• Strong collaboration and client-facing communication.
• Excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented, multi-project capable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned with client goals.
• Leverage first- and third-party data for precise targeting and segmentation.
• Set up campaigns on DSPs like DV360 and The Trade Desk; monitor performance.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams on campaign execution.
