Directive Consulting is seeking a bold Programmatic Strategist for our remote-first team. You will craft media strategies, manage programmatic campaigns, and leverage data to optimize performance for B2B SaaS clients.

You’ll collaborate with creatives, analytics, and accounts, and serve as the client primary contact with regular performance updates. Experience in DV360 and The Trade Desk is preferred, with a track record of driving growth and achieving KPIs across budgets > $50k/month.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven programmatic experience in publishers, ad agencies, or ad tech (B2B SaaS a plus).
• Hands-on media buying, building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs (TTD, DV360).
• Proven ability to plan, buy, measure, and optimize programmatic campaigns across clients.

Responsabilités

• Develop comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Leverage first- and third-party data for precise audience targeting and segmentation.
• Plan, set up, optimize, and report on programmatic campaigns across DSPs.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics and account teams for cohesive execution.
• Communicate with clients, present plans and performance insights.
