You will mentor juniors, build advanced AI-assisted workflows, and design trainings for internal and external audiences, ensuring high-quality solutions delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in online advertising or video/TV tech in a client-facing role.
• Proven expertise in programmatic ad tech to drive business outcomes.
• Strong client-facing communication, able to explain technical design to executives.
• Track record of software implementation and systems integration.
• Ability to lead large cross-functional projects with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for two or more FreeWheel partnership areas (SSPs, DSPs, data partnerships).
• Scope and implement new integrations and feature rollouts for client needs.
• Identify process improvements, mentor juniors, and drive automation.
• Advise between commercial, solutions, product, and engineering teams.
• Design and deliver trainings on products, integrations, and best practices.
• Provide timely technical support for escalated questions from teams.
• Participate in strategic discussions to improve team operations and performance.
