Job summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, seeks aSenior Solutions Engineer to establish best practices in programmatic and SSP integrations and to guide partner usage for enhanced programmatic offerings.

The role requires communicating complex technical requirements between partners, clients and internal teams, and advocating for serviceability of FreeWheel solutions across commercial, product and engineering groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in online advertising tech in a client-facing capacity.
• Strong technical skills with scripted languages, SQL, TCP/IP, CURL.
• Proven software implementation and systems integration experience.
• Ability to explain product functionality, technical design and limitations to executives and developers.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for two or more FreeWheel partnership or product areas (SSPs, DSPs, data partnerships).
• Scope and implement new integrations and feature rollouts to meet client needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase revenue and efficiency; automate where possible.
• Liaise between commercial, solutions, product and engineering stakeholders; provide guidance on usage and gaps.
• Provide feedback to improve product usage, integration quality and customer service.
• Design and deliver advanced trainings for internal teams and occasionally clients/partners.
