Job summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Ad Serving team. You will design, develop, and own cloud-based software that analyzes billions of ad auctions per day and executes complex bidding strategies across multiple customers.

The role requires leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with management and peers, with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and fast iteration in a large-scale DSP environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience with compiled languages (C++ preferred), databases and network programming.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Go Lang experience is a plus.
• Ad Tech experience is a plus.
