Job summary

Comcast's FreeWheel unit seeks a Senior Client Solutions specialist focused on the Advertiser Suite. You’ll liaison with Sales to scope pre-sales engagements, design onboarding plans, and deliver bespoke technical solutions for tier-1 accounts.

You’ll work with AdOps, engineering, data science, and product teams to implement programmatic bidder/DSP configurations, troubleshoot complex issues, and coach junior teammates while driving strategic initiatives globally from New York.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical customer facing or support role in AdTech.
• Strong understanding of real time bidding and programmatic advertising, especially in relation to the goals and mechanics of demand side media/ tech companies, agencies and advertisers.
• Client-centric, exceptional communicator with technical and business minded stakeholders.
• High level of initiative and self-starter mentality. Comfortable handling ambiguity and drive positive outcomes.
• Hands on with SaaS, configuring functionality building workflows and manipulating data to meet client needs.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Technical acumen in troubleshooting, SQL and APIs, command line, AWS management console and basic knowledge of HTML and Javascript preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand our most strategic customers' programmatic and technical requirements and craft elegant technical solutions.
• Partner with Sales on pre-sales engagements, elicit customer technical and business KPIs, and define the success criteria of an engagement.
• Develop and deliver custom onboarding plans to scale customers spend through the platform.
• Scope, configure, test, and deliver our bidder and DSP software solutions, requiring technical competency.
