Job summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to establish best practices in programmatic and SSP integrations and to guide partner usage of FreeWheel solutions. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in online advertising or video/television advertising technology in a client-facing capacity.
• Proven expertise in programmatic ad tech to drive business outcomes.
• Strong ability to explain product functionality and technical design to executives and developers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for two or more FreeWheel partnership or product areas (SSPs, exchanges; DSPs/SSPs; data partnerships) to build and maintain serviceable solutions.
• Scope and implement new integrations and feature rollouts with innovative solutions for client requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase revenue and efficiency, and mentor junior team members.
• Liaise between commercial, solutions, product, and engineering teams to provide guidance on product usage and gaps.
• Provide technical training to internal teams and occasionally to clients and partners.
• Design and build AI agents and human-in-the-loop workflows to automate Solutions Engineering tasks.
• Mentor junior staff on technical best practices and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide timely technical support for escalated questions from account, partnerships, and services teams.
• Contribute to strategic discussions to improve team operations and performance.
• Exhibit independent judgment in significant matters.
