Job summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead programmatic integrations and pair business strategy with technical execution. You will serve as SME for partnerships, architect scalable solutions, and mentor teams across commercial, solutions, product, and engineering.

The role requires strong communication skills, a deep background in ad tech, and hands-on experience deploying large-scale integrations within the television and online video ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in online advertising or video/TV tech in a client-facing capacity.
• Proven expertise in programmatic ad tech with data-driven solutions.
• Strong technical skills with SQL and network protocols.
• Ability to explain product functionality and design to clients and internal teams.
• Track record of software implementation and systems integration success.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for two or more partnership/product areas to build serviceable solutions.
• Scope and implement new integrations and feature rollouts for client needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and revenue; mentor juniors.
• Liaise between commercial, solutions, product, and engineering for feedback and prioritization.
• Provide technical guidance to improve product usage and customer service.
• Design and deliver advanced trainings for internal teams and clients.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide timely technical support for escalated questions from account/solutions/services teams.
• Participate in strategic discussions to improve team operations and performance.
• Exercise independent judgment in significant matters.
• Other duties as assigned.
