Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in digital Advertising Operations, Programmatic Trading, or related roles.
• 2+ years leading or managing a team and coaching others.
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising value chain and programmatic buying models.
• Hands-on experience with programmatic campaign management and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data reporting to evaluate performance and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage daily operations and troubleshoot issues on advertising platforms.
• Lead a team of ad platform specialists and ensure effective management across delivery systems.
• Analyze operational metrics for reporting to leadership and optimize team workload.
• Maintain accuracy in advertising execution and enforce workflow processes.
• Adhere to SLAs and contribute to development of operational strategies.
• Master end-to-end traffic processes to address escalated content and inventory delivery concerns.
• Recruit and train new analysts to support growth and scalability.
• Educate stakeholders on advertising platform management and expectations.
