Job summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking an Enterprise Architect to translate business needs into scalable designs across streaming platforms, DSP, SSP and data services. You will develop solution blueprints, roadmaps and governance frameworks while leading design reviews and coordinating with product and engineering teams.

The role calls for 10+ years in software architecture, strong experience in ad tech, and hands-on cloud-native expertise (Kubernetes, multi-cloud).

Qualifications

10+ years in software architecture/engineering.
Led architectures for ad serving and SSP platforms (premium video/CTV).
Working knowledge of header bidding, SPO and OpenRTB.
Experience with DSP workflows and measurement.
Identity, addressability and privacy in data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Serve as architecture interface between Product and Engineering for key platforms.
Produce blueprints, reference architectures and ADRs.
Guide roadmaps and balance speed with maintainability.
Provide hands-on design leadership for cloud-native systems.
Define data contracts, identity and interoperability standards.
Lead strategic initiatives to reduce tech debt and improve velocity.
Review designs with internal teams and 3rd parties.
