Qualifications

• 10+ years in software architecture/engineering, with 5+ years leading distributed, high-scale, low-latency systems.
• Designed/led architectures for ad serving and SSP platforms (premium video/CTV).
• Working knowledge of header bidding, OpenRTB, SPO, and auction transparency.
• Built/integrated DSP workflows (planning, activation, bidding, pacing/optimization).
• Practical grasp of identity/addressability (UID2/PPID, first-party graphs) for targeting/measurement.
• Architected privacy-centric audience/measurement capabilities with standardized signals.
• Kubernetes and cloud-native patterns; OpenTelemetry observability; multi-cloud a plus.
• Strong security/privacy patterns and API security standards; FinOps sensibilities.
• Proven track record turning ambiguous business needs into roadmaps and execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Interface between Product and Engineering, translating needs into end-to-end designs for Streaming Hub, DSP, Identity, Measurement, and Revenue Science.
• Produce blueprints, reference architectures, and ADRs balancing speed with maintainability and extensibility.
• Guide architecture roadmaps and migration plans delivering measurable business value.
• Provide hands-on design leadership for cloud-native systems (Kubernetes, microservices) with reliability and security focus.
• Shape data contracts, identity, consent, and interoperability standards across workflows.
• Lead strategic initiatives to reduce tech debt and improve quality/velocity.
• Review designs with internal teams and 3rd party suppliers; ensure integration across platforms.
• Apply innovative ideas within constraints to drive performance and cost efficiency.
