StackAdapt Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive programmatic advertising revenue and partnerships across NSW, Australia.

You will build a robust pipeline, close new opportunities, and expand the company’s presence with agencies in a remote-first, Sydney-prioritized team. You’ll work with Client Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and establish StackAdapt as a trusted partner across Australia.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in digital advertising, AdTech or programmatic sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience selling to Holdco agencies within Australia, especially NSW.
• Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch and drive revenue growth.
• Experience developing commercial initiatives and scaling in new or existing territories.
• Ability to form strategic agency alliances and presence across agency groups.
• Strong consultative selling to senior stakeholders; solid AI-enabled workflow skills.
• Existing relationships with Holdco agencies in NSW are a must.

• Manage and grow agency relationships to increase long-term value.
• Partner with Client Success to deliver outcomes and grow accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to share market insights and support growth.
• Build trusted relationships with agencies and industry stakeholders across NSW.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking in CRM.
• Represent StackAdapt at client meetings and industry events to expand brand presence.
