Outreach is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth by bridging marketing and operations. You will design and execute data-driven campaigns across PPC, Social, Display, and Video platforms, leveraging AI to optimize campaigns and audience targeting.

This role offers autonomy over channel strategy and budget allocation within your portfolio, with a focus on ROI and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of delivering measurable results through performance marketing.
• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing/performance marketing.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools to inform media optimization and audience segmentation.
• Proficiency with Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and Bing platforms is essential; quick learner for other channels.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Building ABM segments and campaigns is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional partnership between Marketing and Operations to develop audience strategy and scalable programs.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple channels (YouTube, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Display, LinkedIn, Meta, CTV).
• Develop and execute new channel experiments to grow pipeline.
• Track budgets, performance goals, and cross-functional collaboration to hit KPI targets.
• Create dashboards and monitor spend, revenue, ROAS, and budgets.
• Analyze what's working and adjust strategies to improve ROAS.
• Leverage segmentation to optimize media performance.
• Collaborate with creative, product marketing, and sales for high-performing ads.
• Manage budget portions of $5M-8M per year and oversee multiple agencies.
