The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in paid media, expertise across Google/LinkedIn/Meta, and a strong grasp of attribution, GA4, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Experience in financial services.
• Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing lead generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and attribution.
• Experience working with analytics platforms such as GA4 and marketing dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Manage six‑figure monthly digital media budgets.
• Partner with external agencies on campaign execution, strategy, and reporting.
• Develop and manage campaign targeting, audience strategies, and keyword portfolios.
• Optimize landing pages and conversion paths in collaboration with the web team.
• Implement structured A/B testing programs for creative, messaging, and offers.
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reporting on ROI and lead quality.
• Collaborate with analytics and CRM teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
• Identify opportunities to expand into new performance channels.
